1. Services

Rocket Proxy provides:

• Mobile proxies
• Proxy dashboard access (on a yearly basis) to sell your own proxies
• Consulting services for automation and related topics

We may also offer hardware sales in the future.

2. Payment Terms

Our services are subscription-based:

• Proxies are available on a subscription model (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Dashboard access is billed on a yearly basis
• Payments are processed via Stripe/Chargebee

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using proxies for illegal activities such as extreme pornography, terrorism, or any other activities that violate the law
• Any misuse will result in termination of services and the sharing of logs with authorities

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds are available within 48 hours of the start of a monthly subscription, or within 24 hours for weekly plans
• No refunds for daily subscriptions
• Chargebacks or unauthorized refunds will result in termination of service

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as-is.” While we strive for uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. You agree that we are not responsible for any data loss, financial loss, or other difficulties caused by downtime or service disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Proxy will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
